Lime Briquette Machine

Introduction

The lime briquette machine is also called quicklime briquette press machine or lime briquetting machine, with the working process as follows: the powder smaller than 3mm enters the lime briquette machine to be pressed into balls with the specification of 35mm*25mm*15mm (length*width*thickness). The size can also be customized according to the requirement. The ball volume density is 1.9-2.2g/cm3 with the same falling strength as the lime bulks. After separating, the quality pressed balls will enter the finished product warehouse for later smelting process.

Quicklime briquetting machine can also be used to press powder materials such as coal powder, iron powder, coking coal, aluminite powder, scrap iron, carbon powder, ore slag, gypsum, tailings, mud, kaolin, activated carbon and coke breeze in industries of refractory matter, power plant, metallurgy, chemical, energy, transportation and heat supply. Materials processed by quicklime briquette press machine are environmental friendly and easy for transportation which increases the usage of the wastes.
